This directory contains source and binaries for:
 - libguestfs (tools for accessing and modifying VM disk images), and
 - hivex (a library for editing Windows Registry hive files)

Libguestfs has stable and development branches.  "1.x" where "x" is an
even number are the stable branches.  For more information, see:

If you are using libguestfs for the first time and don't know which
version to choose, then choose the latest stable branch.  If you enjoy
the bleeding edge, choose the latest development branch.
